WalkFit: Walking Weight Loss

This app does not sync accurately with Fit Bit. I leave them both open as instructed. I emailed for additional help and got an automated reply directing me to FAQ. The automated reply said they would get back to me within a few business days. 17 days later I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your money on this useless app.

J’ai renouveler pour 1 an et j’ai payé l’année au complet d’avance. Maintenant lorsque je veux aller dans l’application ils demandent de me choisir un forfait et je n’ai plus accès à mes exercices! Je suis très déçue!!!

I tried the app for some weeks and, as it worked well, I decided to go for an annual subscription. After paying 43$, the app keeps asking me to pay again and won’t allow me to access the exercises any more. All I get is another “subscribe for another year” pop-up which cannot be closed. Absolute scam!!

Essaie pendant 1 mois que j’ai payé et avant l’échéance j’ai demandé de canceler mon abonnement et aucune réponse et ils se sont payés via ma carte de crédit les crosseurs donc faut je me débatte pour le remboursement. N’adherez pas à leur programme

J’ai demandé un remboursement car je n’ai jamais consenti à avoir un prélèvement automatique… je n’ai pas eu de réponse de leur part

After paying for a month subscription, I tried to get into the app. Apparently I paid the second time and now it won’t let me into it, because the email address has already been used. So I have made 2 payments and can’t get into the app. I’m frustrated to say the least.

Update...I read the response from the company under this review. They said to check my spam. There was no email from them. They have ZERO customer service. I tried to email a 5th time and have not heard anything. TOTAL RIP-OFF. Was charged $39US for a MONTH (This price should be for a year) before 7 day trial was up, which was $9US. I have tried to contact them 4 times in 3 days to request a refund with no response. This should be illegal. I should have the right to dispute and actually talk to someone and at least get a response to my emails. This company is apparently based out of Warsaw or the UK and I can't find a phone number anywhere. Do not download this app!

Very disappointing!!! I have had 2 three month subscriptions in the past and the daily task was always an indoor workout along with others under the workout tab. This new subscription has the daily task outside. I did not want outside walks. I wanted indoor workouts ONLY. Why has this changed? I have a sport for outside and do walk. I purchased this app for the indoor workouts. I would not have renewed if I new this in advance. It was not stated anywhere that the daily task was an walk outside. That is not what I signed up for.

I signed up for a trial month, but realized soon after that I would not be able to do the he exercises. I have balance and mobility issues because of my particular health condition. I signed up through an ad on Facebook and paid a large price for a single month, with the promise of my money back if it wasn’t for me. While I really didn’t expect to get my money back, the company added insult to injury instead. The subscription was almost impossible to cancel! My only advice is to first send an email to the support address which triggers an automated response. Follow the link and repeat until it is cancelled (hopefully). Don’t fall for any of their tricks to keep you subscribed and I will definitely be checking my credit card next month to make sure it was actually cancelled and doesn’t auto-renew. While none of my complaints refer to the exercise program itself, I think their company lacks integrity.

Saw the ad on Facebook. It gave the impression it would be a workout app with guidance for losing weight. Sadly it doesn’t sync well, even with its AI technology and taking from multiple sources. I find myself adding steps to Apple health just to get a correct number. My Fitbit FREE program offers more. At least I only got a month for 10$. Will not be renewing.
