Auto renewal without my knowledge
I did not want auto renewal and was very careful when I downloaded the app that I didn’t sign up yet I was still charged today and walkfit will not refund me my monies owed

You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.
WalkFit is integrated with the Health App to import Steps, Heart Rate, Walking+Running distance data from HealthKit to WalkFit and to write Workout data from WalkFit to the Health App

Speed change!
I enjoy the workouts but sometimes the change is so fast I can’t get the rhythm quickly enough and it changes again. It’s definitely fast enough for a 70 year old who hasn’t exercised in years. I’m going to persevere and see how I feel in 3 weeks. Thank you
Excellent support
This app seems to have remarkably good response from support team, quick and helpful. Only complaint would be that phone battery use is very heavy when using app
Auto scam
App is set up to make cancelling unreliable, customer service replies with irrelevant scripted nonsense. The app isn’t good, and any value it has is ruined by the scammy business model. After the dev response - I clicked cancel, but your scammy app requires several more steps, and then your scammy company won’t refund unwanted renewals when your scammy app doesn’t cancel. I hope you’re proud to work for a scammy outfit 👍
If you can’t try the app how could you expect to pay so much!
After the test there is no trial a they expect us to pay. This make me think this app is scam and removed immediately!
Renewal scam
They do not advise you in advance of renewal. Cancelling is difficult as they keep prompting you to renew at lower rates, forcing you to struggle to get to the cancel option. AVOID!
Walking to be fit
The 10k challenge is a great insensit to get up and be active.

UNAUTHORISED CHARGES
I purchased the month's trial for 12 EUR and decided it wasn’t the app for me - it was set to default billing, but was supposedly going to send me an email prior to my card being charged again. I cancelled my subscription before my month was over. Fast forward a few weeks and I was charged 38 EUR. I was completely floored as I believed my account to have been deactivated. And then on the app I noticed the annual subscription is only 32 EUR. So why was I charged €38 without authorisation???! I received no message saying I was going to be charged so this was a complete blindside. I contact their service team rightly upset and I keep getting corporate baloney saying they “understand my frustration” and “want to offer me a free service” - I declined several times saying I want my money back just for them to tell me according to their policy that is not possible - their “policy” also promised I’d be notified if I was going to receive any charge which I was not and should never have been since I cancelled my service. I’m so beyond upset and frustrated with this garbage and blown away that a company would withhold money that should never have been theirs and stand by a non-applicable policy. Then they offered me a free year subscription which I have paid for which is UNAUTHORISED. I have reported this twice to Apple with no response. Really disappointed.

This is farcical, DO NOT PURCHASE this app, you get no notification of renewal for subscription, and you cannot cancel it, they took a month subscription from my account, but when I go to cancel it, it won’t let me, I e emailed them and NO ONE has responded, such a scam
