I purchased the month's trial for 12 EUR and decided it wasn’t the app for me - it was set to default billing, but was supposedly going to send me an email prior to my card being charged again. I cancelled my subscription before my month was over. Fast forward a few weeks and I was charged 38 EUR. I was completely floored as I believed my account to have been deactivated. And then on the app I noticed the annual subscription is only 32 EUR. So why was I charged €38 without authorisation???! I received no message saying I was going to be charged so this was a complete blindside. I contact their service team rightly upset and I keep getting corporate baloney saying they “understand my frustration” and “want to offer me a free service” - I declined several times saying I want my money back just for them to tell me according to their policy that is not possible - their “policy” also promised I’d be notified if I was going to receive any charge which I was not and should never have been since I cancelled my service. I’m so beyond upset and frustrated with this garbage and blown away that a company would withhold money that should never have been theirs and stand by a non-applicable policy. Then they offered me a free year subscription which I have paid for which is UNAUTHORISED. I have reported this twice to Apple with no response. Really disappointed.

This is farcical, DO NOT PURCHASE this app, you get no notification of renewal for subscription, and you cannot cancel it, they took a month subscription from my account, but when I go to cancel it, it won’t let me, I e emailed them and NO ONE has responded, such a scam

I am paying a subscription for this and have been using it a few days… I’ve smashed my targets each day, I’ve completed my daily challenges yet the next day my previous days steps have been wiped!! It’s very frustrating, the steps are not accurate and when I’ve completed a workout it’s taken away

Very disappointed after the hype. The app does not sync across devices - already been in touch with service and they admit this. It’s not a personalised exercise plan it’s just random exercises plonked together to look like something. Not even used for a week and quite honestly would like a refund.

Disappointed after all the FB hype. I've subscribed for a month, but expensive for what it is, finding the software flaky. Doesn't sync accurately with Fitbit shows incorrect random steps or across app on iPhone and ipad. You can't hear the instructions properly for the exercises because the music is on full pelt. Music volume should be reduced as the excercise instruction is given. Also transitions of excercises jumpy, today no cool down breathing. Giving it a month. Might go back to free Youtube walking excercise.

A Excellent app , very accurate and precise especially if you are using it as a step counter well done.

They take my money and i can’t use the app !I don’t know what I have to do to take my money back !!! Please help me

So sorry I did not read the reviews. Do not wast your money. There was no plan at all that I see or goals set. I set my own .. terrible app. It does not look like how it is advertised on Instagram. Your iPhone has exactly the same tools for free under health.
