App developers the worst ever! If you lucky to launch it, you will see in search something like this gym_search.filters_modal.open_hours.all_days

I have a corporate offer, but I cannot even try it out because it doesn’t open. Crazy

I can’t find gyms to visit. It doesn’t work. Please update your app.

Unbelievably bad performance, the app keeps loading forever and fails most of the times. Gym check in doesn’t always work properly either. Was trying to check in the gym yesterday, it wouldn’t let me, even though was showing my geolocation but wasn’t suggesting he gym itself. You should really consider some other solutions for checking in, if your app is performing so badly! Because currently it could really ruin your plans as there are no back-up options! Daily tokens are also not possible to get if the app wouldn’t work.

This app is way over done when the main use is simply “check-in” to the gym. Team should spend some time making a smartwatch (Apple Watch) application that can handle, at least, the “check-in” function. Please take a look at your strategy overall for this app development. I believe many of the users would find a simpler approach to the main function and ability to take the smartphone out of the equation very nice.

This is by far the worst gym booking app in the world, I have used many other providers and Gympass is notoriously terrible, the app works like a bad website from the 90’s. Seems very odd that this app is so bad and companies use this service

O que está acontecendo??? Todos os dias estou na recepção das duas academias que frequento e não consigo fazer o check-in!!! Diz que estou longe!!! Olha que frequento uma em cada cidade, então o problema não está na academia!!! Tenho que reiniciar o cel para conseguir aparecer o local….simplesmente ridículo isso!!!!

O app tá horrível. Antes quando era Gympass a usabilidade era fácil e intuitiva. Agora tá péssimo. Simplesmente não dá pra usar. Tá impossível.

Por mais que você atualize o aplicativo, o erro de localização não para , ele demora para capitar as academias próximas de você !
