I can’t find gyms to visit. It doesn’t work. Please update your app.

Unbelievably bad performance, the app keeps loading forever and fails most of the times. Gym check in doesn’t always work properly either. Was trying to check in the gym yesterday, it wouldn’t let me, even though was showing my geolocation but wasn’t suggesting he gym itself. You should really consider some other solutions for checking in, if your app is performing so badly! Because currently it could really ruin your plans as there are no back-up options! Daily tokens are also not possible to get if the app wouldn’t work.

The app doesn’t load. 4G, 5G, Wifi. Avoid.

Adding session to calendar does not work. Customer support not helpful when I questioned about it

With this app, support team is too slow in response. I am not able to checking in everyone active gym. Gym says gympass will sync your pass. Waiting for response from the gympass

Changed to Wellness and can no longer access as not part of a business.

Ever since it changed from Gym Pass to Wellhub, it functions less efficiently. Whenever I open the app it stays at opening screen without loading to the home page unless I close the app and re-enter. Also, today when I checked in at Better Gym, it doesn’t send me an access link like it used to. So I could only seek assistance at the gym, which cost me time.
