We tried using this app at a hotel, of all places. The washing machine is apparently broken, but the app won’t show you any sign of trouble and will allow you place a reservation with absolutely zero issues because WeWash doesn’t have a way of telling if a machine is broken or malfunctioning. Now, it would be fine if they somehow missed a broken machine, especially if it’s recent. But unfortunately, customer support is also nonexistent, so you don’t even have a way of letting them know so they can troubleshoot the machine or simply tell you to move on to the next one. You can’t even place a reservation in another working machine, in fact, because it automatically places you in the empty (and broken) one you’re trying to leave. The only alternative the app offers you is literally writing a mail that I bet someone will read on Monday. Meanwhile, I’m writing this review on a Saturday in the laundry room while I wait for the other machine to be done.

Leider finde ich die Kosten für einen Waschgang sehr teuer.

You could’ve charged people for 7,00 euros per wash. There’s no need to play these little tricks to do so! Locking the door up so I have to pay the wash machine a second time to get my laundry out is absurd!

Really, really, really bad service. Today it failed, had to pull the emergency trigger, and there was a flood of water that, of course, had to mop myself They only care about collecting the money They refunded me, but I don’t care the least. They made me waste my time for absolutely nothing!

Hier im Wäscheraum sind zahlreiche Maschinen frei, ich bin der einzige in der Warteschlange, die App zeigt mir aber an, dass keine Maschine frei ist. Ein anderer Fall: Ich habe eine Maschine reserviert, die dann frei wird und kurze Zeit später ist da Wäsche drin, die nicht von mir ist. Enttäuschender Service, ohne Worte. Ich bin hilflos ausgeliefert weil das die einzige Möglichkeit in meinem Apartment hier in Wien ist. Update: Zum zweiten Mal hilflos ausgeliefert. Die App sucht Minuten lang nach Freien Waschmaschinen und hier ist alles frei. Ich gehe jetzt in ein Waschsalon wo ich Münzen nutzen kann.

Seit Wochen ist eine einzige Waschmaschine für uns alle im Einsatz die andere steht als defekt bezeichnet daneben und es kommt keine Lösung. Die intakte Waschmaschine ist ständig im Einsatz und ich müsste nachts wach bleiben damit ich endlich zum Zug komme und meine Wäsche waschen kann. Daher heute keine gute Bewertung! Bitte löst das Problem dann revidiere ich meine Bewertung!
