I have been enjoying playing Words for about 10 years in English and in French. However, I am very close to giving it up. Advertising is ruining it for me especially Royal Match. I am not prepared to pay for an ad free game but I cannot tolerate all the advertising any more. Such a shame.
On the free version, after every move, an ad takes over the app and you have to watch the entire thing to be able to play again. It’s infuriating…
I would of definitely given it a 5 star…. But the interruption of adverts is very off putting..how do I get rid of them….
New version nowhere near as good or smooth as original.
The current version of the software is noticeably less responsive than the previous one. Up-sells getting more intrusive by the day. If it had been like this when I first started I wouldn’t have bothered. As it is I play a lot less than I used to and probably won’t for much longer!
It seems every time you go play the higher ranked challenges you get landed with 4 E’s a T an S and an A. Get rid of as many as possible and get landed with more E’s. A challenge is nice but it takes away the fun when it’s made impossible.
The mixture of letters is getting worse, why start games with zero chance of getting a good game going! This game is getting so drab it’s borderline boring!
Since updating only a couple of weeks ago, this app is now almost impossible to play! Freezes worse than ever, blank add screens that do nothing, won’t even let you back into the game, 5 mins of play and I have to go out of the game just to calm down. So bloody frustrating.
Where has the facility gone for checking a players profile, before you accept a game request, lot of undesirable men on here, who don’t want to actually play. Found that invaluable for knowing if you actually had someone who wanted a game. Please bring it back.
I loved this game until Royal Match ad appeared after every move. It lasts for a full minute advertising the fact the game doesn’t have ads. It’s tedious, boring and annoying. I don’t mind ads but this is appalling
