Hi

I have a problem since two months, the game keeps lagging, and opens for a minute, then closes and reopen.

Stop with all the extra crap!!

It’s getting to a point where it’s unplayable because there are so many pop ups and ads.

It's a game I literally can't do without as it provides the platform to meet new friends and challenge players all over the world. Awesome app.

Fix the glitches!!!

The game is OK, but they keep adding more features without fixing existing problems. I’ve given up trying to get any HELP, because the whole process is so tedious & seldom achieves a satisfactory outcome: e.g. Help requires you to pick a problem from a drop down menu, usually none of them applies, you fill in the first box explaining the fault, submit & then get asked to repeat the whole thing.

Great time filler or waster depending on perspective. Addictive. Quite a few glitches on website.

Still too many glitches on website can make for frustration.

Really enjoy this game but finding the ads increasingly difficult to exit from and the increasing frequency of screens “blacking out” for days at a time (an ad glitch?) is making me think of giving up! Current “freeze” has lasted over 12 hours!

Poor app

Did the update as required. Lost all my games and opponents, points previously gained are gone. Unable to contact previous opponents. All listed opponents are claimed as ‘not played recently’. Extremely disappointed! One star for nice colours

High scores

I just don’t understand how some of these high scores are even possible. Check out the high score for playing KOA. I declare it’s impossible

Wayyyy too many ads

The actual scrabble part of the game where you put letters in the squares is good but literally everything else is a mess. Why is there so much going on?? So many random mini games and things to claim and pictures and boxes and animations, it’s super intense for what should really be quite a simple app. The old WWF app was much better and much easier to navigate. The absolute WORST part is the insane amount of ads!! Literally every turn is followed by an ad of at least 30 seconds and you have to exit out of about 3 different screens before you can play again. I now exit the app after every turn and restart it because it’s faster than waiting for the ads to finish! If the point of this is to get people to spend less time on their phone then great work because I get so fed up after 3-4 ads in a row that I put my phone down completely. But you’d think you’d want people to actually play your game and the ads make it very difficult to do so. Such a shame as I used to really enjoy this app.
