Most useless support
Yango has the most useless support I aver spoken to in my life. I use Yango in Azerbaijan. They have their Plus Points program here, where you get some cash back for every ride. So I had 18.10 AZN on my account on the 12.06.2024, which I wanted to use for the next few rides. This amount would allow me to take around 3 rides in the business class. For some reason they disappeared from my account, so I’ve contacted their support. Since then they sent me like 20 messages with mostly identical replies. Every time they say they will investigate and then advice me to stop using vpn for example. Which I don’t. Or to log in to my account with the missing points. But I only have 1 account. And so on. They never reply to the actual question. They always say we will investigate and then send the same useless message again and again. Super frustrating. Avoid at any cost.
