It says that I can get 40% off VIP access to all content for returning users, but when I’m going to pay there is not any discount in YOUKU application.

It’s impossible to watch anything. The ads and comments take 40% of the screen. I’m ready to pay for the vip but after I understand what I’m paying for. Here it’s impossible to watch free episodes. Not going to pay for such awful quality

I started to watch a movie. At first everything was okay. I got to episode 13 and it baca me VIP. And most of the movies are VIP now. Why???

The sound just disappears during hotpot episodes.

There is no way to Reserve upcoming shows or add shows to a watchlist.

I don’t understand this app. I subscribe a couple of days ago and I still don’t have access to VIP show and can’t watch anything.

Dear YOUKU, please fix the subtitles display on your app. The text is white with no black background to make it stand out, therefore, making it harder to read. Sometimes it blends in with the white background making the subtitles difficult to read or disappeared completely. Now the subtitle have this weird lines on them that makes them unreadable and even harder to read; it is like the text have missing spaces in the letter. I gave this feedback/suggestions a few months ago to request a black background to your white subtitle texts to make it easy to read like how it is displayed on the Netflix app, Tencent app, and iQIYI app. But nothing was ever resolved. Because I’m seeing other customer’s comments and reviews on the subtitles problem. Your customers might not renew their subscription if they can’t read the subtitles clearly. I hope you will implement these changes to your app soon. Even if you have great dramas on your app, you will probably or eventually lose customers if they have a hard time reading the subtitles. I couldn’t really use the app due to crashes and loading errors, if you click on icon of show it instantly starts to play it, when like hey i want to read the premise before watching it! Most shows are vip id say 92 percent

The app stopped working after the last update. The subtitles have weird lines going through them, so they’re unreadable. The app support doesn’t work either. Nothing is responsive. I used to love the app. Now I have to unsubscribe.
