It’s impossible to watch anything. The ads and comments take 40% of the screen. I’m ready to pay for the vip but after I understand what I’m paying for. Here it’s impossible to watch free episodes. Not going to pay for such awful quality

I started to watch a movie. At first everything was okay. I got to episode 13 and it baca me VIP. And most of the movies are VIP now. Why???

The sound just disappears during hotpot episodes.

I like YOUKU, I just wish it would show on 4K

The subtitles are too hard to read. They need a black opaque background, and perhaps be even larger. I also wish the app was available on Roku.

The app will only let you watch two episodes of whatever movie or series you’re watching and the third episode will say VIP and it will make you pay for it like what the heck And if you don’t pay it, it won’t let you watch your movie. Don’t suggest you to get the app.

Youku, something is wrong with the Apple TV app. When I open the app, it is blank and cannot watch any drama.. I also deleted the app, reinstalled and logged back in and still, it’s blank… all the selection (drama, anime, etc) at the top are gone and blank… Please fix this issue, I want to be able to watch my drama, please 🙏

So after subscribing for an annual, Youku wants me to pay for $3 PER episode of a particular show JUST TO FINISH WATCHING THE LAST FEW EPISODES.

The most wasteful membership ever, very crappy, not worth at all and I paid for 1 year with discount and still don’t think I should, wish I try it for a month first, a lesson to learn. Many dramas I want to watch is not available. Don’t waste your money here, look for something else.
