does not enter the program
After updating the iPhone 12 pro max (ios17.0.3) to the new version dated 10/23/23, I can’t enter the program, it gives me an error. fix it as soon as possible, left without video surveillance.

The firmware update make cams useless
When I updated the cam the thing turns off itself and it does not turns automatically

Crashes too much, not reliable
When I open the app it crashes, sometimes it loads slowly or I can't see anything because it doesn't load at all. So why do I have or need to pay if I can't see anything? Epic fail.
