Cloud Service Subscription Service Description
1. We offer two types of Cloud Service :
Premium Cloud $4.99/month ($49.99/year)
Platinum Cloud $9.99/month ($99.99/ year)
*Prices displayed are for one device, the package price depends on the quantity of devices.
2. Subscribing to Cloud Service will be paid directly through the iTunes account.
3. 24 hours before the subscription service expires, the system will automatically renew and deduct the corresponding fees according to the plan type.
4. If you need to unsubscribe, please do so at least 24 hours before renewal date in the "Account Settings".

Lots of fails

I have four Zmodo cameras and app is awful. Crashes constantly, do not respond well. It is just about time you guys develop a new app

De la nada ya no pude accesar a la aplicación, lo intento y me dice que el usuario no existe!

The firmware update make cams useless

When I updated the cam the thing turns off itself and it does not turns automatically

App is really buggy

Not sure how they developed something this bad

Crashes too much, not reliable

When I open the app it crashes, sometimes it loads slowly or I can't see anything because it doesn't load at all. So why do I have or need to pay if I can't see anything? Epic fail.

No se puede activar las cámaras es mucho problema le intento de las maneras que me indica y no se puede

Tengo problemas al abrir mi app en iOS se cierra inmediatamente y no me deja ver nada

Cómo visualizar en Apple TV?

Tienen alguna alternativa para poder visualizar las cámaras directo en Apple TV?

No LAN devices

Is amazing need to watch your local ipc cameras over internet, i use zsight instead, is an old app, not updated, but i can watch my ipc over LAN/wifi connection, with zmodo is not posible, hope this functionality brings soon to the app

Add schedule visualization

Good app. Liked most of the features. Suggestion 1. Please add a way to visualize all MY Modes schedules in one page. Like a weekly schedule with hours when each schedule will be active. 2. For shared cameras make a way to ask for permission from the owner for more privileges.
