This is the best app!

Forgetting it’s kickstarter backers

I was one of the kickstarter backers and always loved and recommended this app. It’s now kicked me out and asking for me to subscribe. I’ve lost precious videos of my daughter from birth. I’m so upset. I thought when I backed this app there wouldn’t be a time limit on my offer.

I have been using this app for years and it’s great! So easy to use and so lovely to watch! The 1SE team are so helpful and quick to respond to any messages! You need to get this app!

Gone downhill

I’ve had and enjoyed this for years - a simple but effective concept. However with every year, more features become paid features. I’m now forced to have branding on my entire video unless I pay a fee and it’s £50 a year for simple features such as muting my video. Screams greed. I’m genuinely considering just making my own video at the end of the year and removing the app entirely. As a creative, the editing features available are awful and I wouldn’t even consider paying for them. So £50 for branding and a mute button is ludicrous.

killed it off

putting an app like this behind a paywall is crazy enough as it is (yes it’s free but to use just about any feature it’s £49.99 a year!!!!) but the astronomical price of it for what the app actually is …… crazy. loved this app in 2023 but now i’m looking for a different one bc im not paying that much money for an app that basically just makes a compilation. money hungry greedy little trollops

I’ve been a regular user since 2017. Great way to record and keep memories. Use it all the time to make montages especially of my granddaughter growing up 😎😎

Fantastic App and Great Customer Support

I have been using 1SE for 4 years and love it. I came across an issue with my captions not appearing on the mash so reached out to the support team. Not only did they help, but they followed up a week after to make sure everything was still as it should be. Thank you Silva and the rest of the 1SE - it’s without a doubt my favourite app. Angela
