I am dissatisfied
Hello, I am totally dissatisfied from this app. I got used to the others and they are way better than that one . No perspective to learn language for people who remember more with using colors, pictures, dialogues… there is only dry text (5 words)repeating all the time. Makes me feel super bored and I can’t remember words this way. No interactions and modern way of learning . I am also totally dissatisfied about the concept of paying that I can’t resign from the subscription! If I could I would really do it to get money back..In advice for Apple… maybe you could work on that app to change the settings and rules because is totally unfair to be charged for that if you are not satisfied at all .. La app si blocca dopo l’ultimo step (word repetition)
C’è un bug non risolto e va riavviata ogni volta dopo la word repetition. In generale mi sembra abbastanza carina ma il prezzo dell’abbonamento annuale è sproporzionato a quello che questa app ti da: solo un elenco di parole mentre non insegna a usare certe frasi in base al contesto (una specie di Duolingo — che anche’essa non funziona, peraltro — solo che molto più caro). Apprezzo lo sforzo ma secondo me non funziona nemmeno questa.

Buongiorno il giorno della scadenza dei 7 giorni gratuiti ho annullato l’iscrizione è mi è stato addebitato ugualmente l’abbonamento annuale . Attendo restituzione di quanto addebitato dato che non era mia intenzione intenzione spendere per un anno ciò che chiedete. In attesa ringrazio e porgo cordiali saluti.
