I have booked one trip which acknowledged the “booking request” but doesn’t confirm if the booking was successful. Tried to book another trip but just said “call”. What’s the point in the app!

Doesn’t cancel pending charges

Ordered a taxi. Waited very patiently for him. He stopped to fill up with fuel. Kept waiting, because we didn’t want to cancel on him. He started driving towards us, and then suddenly cancelled. We’d waited over 20 minutes at this point. An hour later, the app has not cancelled the pending charge. Just use Uber. Drivers who behave like this don’t deserve to keep driving.

Very unsatisfied

This app is stupid and waste of time. It’s all glitchy and makes my phone freeze. There’s many other problems with this app and i will not be using it again.

Estimated fare wrong

Was estimated between $27-$47 and was charged OVER $60. This is absolutely ridiculous. Highly inaccurate and very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Doesn’t show the time of pre-booked journey

This app is reasonably good because it allows you to pre-book a cab. The crazy thing is that once confirmed, it doesn’t show what time the cab will be turning up (in case you forget what time you booked it for). Instead, it simply confirms the time you made the booking. There is no reason why you would ever need to know what time you used the app to make the booking! You simply need to know when the cab is turning up!

Estimated Fair unreliable

Used this app to book a taxi to the airport and the estimated fair was nowhere near what we were charged it was almost double as we were told they had to account for the toll and booking fee (never heard of a booking fee for a taxi) so you can't rely on it which is pretty wrong.
