Hi can email me or does anyone know their email?? I’m using this for years but suddenly recently both of my camera show green light n said ready but my app keep showing offline or saying I’m at different server ask me relogin but keep hang, can’t send any support message there too. Had done reset still same. Pls help.
What’s a lousy app. Please try to improve it as much as you can developer. I use many Chinese IP camera app. This is the worst one...
Garbage product, scam
Now working Zilnk 360 bulb camera the camera power on red light but the camera can’t operate I try several time
Don’t buy the camera. It breaks within a month. I have a proper power source and it’s red light that is still. That means it booted up because it has power. However it doesn’t flash the light to show it’s on and the reset button is broken and won’t work. It doesn’t even have that issue in the help and i’ve tried resetting, which didn’t work, plugging in and out, which did nothing, hold the button and press it hard. Tried a new cable. Nothing. The power works but not the camera. Lousy.
Now nothing is working!!!
