Not working

It worked initially but then it does not recognize the camera and constantly notify that the server change and need to re-login to use but then its stop responding.
Since updating the app, none of the cameras work and the app keeps asking me to ‘re-join the server’ but just times out every time I try to add a camera. I had to download the other app (3600eyes) to get one camera to play on my phone but even then all I can view is the live footage, no cloud stored images or videos. I’m paying for 2 cloud storage accounts and am about to cancel ALL of the and just leave the camera up as a decoy. That’s about all they are worth at this stage!!!!
My app and cameras all worked fine but a few days ago just stopped working. I I followed some feedbacks here. Delete the app from iPhone still using my original username and pwd then installed it again. Reset all cameras to connect with app successfully again. It was amazing as I thought this is not going to work and going to throw out all my investment in time and efforts! Will get more cameras from this manufacturer again!
I’ve been using this app with two cameras for the past 3-4 years. All of a sudden it says my cameras are on a different server and I need to re-log in. Well that does absolutely nothing and there seems to be no other way to get it to work. So now my cameras are completely useless as I can’t access anything and I’ve always used them as a live view for dog watching while I’m at work. Please fix this!
Never had an issue with the app until this week it says cameras on a different server and won’t allow login. Have deleted the app and cameras from account and tried to re-add them and now it won’t work or allow me to add the cameras again. No good.
Everything was working fine. Now all my cameras are on a different server and it tells me to logout and back in again. I have done this multiple times and still won’t fix my cameras.
After a few times moving camera I now can’t even connect cam via wiifi on password page the word null appears and won’t accept wiifi password hufmeister 64
App no longer works. I used to use it often now it won’t connect via wifi
App doesnt support at all don’t waste your money in cheap keep on hanging
I’d like to know exactly what’s been updated during each update instead of being left in the dark.
