公司的鏡頭原本有設立有人進來有警告通知 現在警告通知有開啟卻無通知！重新下載都一樣 請儘速處理

沒有設定移動追蹤，但是鏡頭總是會自動轉去別的方向，導致監視畫面都找不到重點監視的位置
又開始無法連線伺服器一個月了，又無法錄製….
買了四台，離線也沒有在錄影…全空..，不懂為什麼離線也沒有在路？
更新
iPhone 14 ISO16.3.1版無法正常安裝連線。改用Android手機就可以正常連線。請確認韌體相容能力。

APP異常
設備正常，APP卻無法觀看！ 也沒辦法反回饋問題！ 可能要麻煩處理一下！
觀看監視器畫面為什麼隔幾分鐘就跳掉？要從何處把觀看定時功能關閉？
監視器收音效果很好.連接畫面也滿快.就是app打開觀看時.幾分鐘畫面會ㄧ直跳掉很煩耶！
爛到爆
記憶卡儲存使用約1年後，開始完全讀不到，換了新卡也ㄧ樣，後來買了一年份的雲儲存設定吿警事件錄影，會告警，但就是無法讀取到告警事件視頻，請把購買雲儲存的費用退還
