The program made me love 5/3/1 again. The developers are very good, they answered all my questions quickly
Would like to be able to just type in weight for accessory exercises.
Need to improve the ease of editing
very good app. It would be even better if the timer counted the seconds with a normal slide, and not counting backwards, because you completely lose track of the time when the bell rings, In cases when we spontaneously want to rest more. Also, it would be a much better option if the exercise you read would fit in one overview, and not in separate categories: warm-up, main exercises and additional exercises. Trust me, the fewer clicks, the better
really helpful
This app works great! Tracks your workouts, easy to follow plans, and the ability to add custom movements. It will tell you exactly what you need on the bar, and how many reps to hit your hypothetical PR. They need week when you hit that same workout, weights and reps will be different. All you need to do is lift, and get stronger!
I purchased this app for $7.99 and it’s resetting after Cycle 2. All the data will not save. It’s now saying there is a new version but it’s a different app and I’m supposed to pay for it again. Update* If not all the boxes are checked it will not save. I recommend being able save your workout without have to check all the boxes.
I’ve tried many- this one is the most user friendly and gives me everything I need for any routine chosen
This is far and away the best app for tracking weights. You can add in your own accessory lifts which is rare for a free version. I’ll probably pay for the pro version just to support them.
