I’m very happy with ABA English. The way to learn English is simple and very good. they help me to learn and to improve my English. They answered clearly and quickly to my questions.
The recording does not work. Poor content Most of the time gets stuck
It’s a good app but it costs a lot of money, and most of the things in the app are very easy, everybody already knows it. But it has a lot of options so I won’t recommend paying the money but you can start the three days and than practice 1 hour a day. That’s what I’d do
Well I like the concept of this app. It helps me improve my speaking skills. I’m still in the beginning though and will see how it goes. I saw the other comments that they want to cancel the subscription and they couldn’t. Even though I bought a year subscription after I tried the app. So my advice to you: don’t buy it immediately and go and try the app with no subscription and see if you like it. After that you can decide if you want to buy it or not. The last advice I can give: if you really liked the app wait for a week before buying it, you’ll thank me later ;-)
I thought I would get a 7-day trial, so I paid 45 euros with the understanding that I could cancel the subscription. After 5 minutes I decided I did not like the app. I tried to cancel it, but was unable. I contacted them, no reaction... feels like I a scammed :( —— Thanks for the reaction, I tried to contact the helpdesk and iTunes. But this reaction was exactly 15 days after I bought it, so I cannot do anything now. Would be helpful if you could respond to my complaint on email instead. Thanks —- So apparently the email was send to iTunes instead, because ABA is not reachable by email, is that correct? How can I get in touch with you guys?
I have had the same experience with Ediela. I tried cancelling the free trial even two days before it expired, but I couldn’t!! I even asked my partner to help me cancelled it as I didn’t want to continue the subscription as I have a higher level than what’s offered. I was just curious about the English programme. Afterwards, we continued cancelling it for days and contacted the group, but we’ve heard nothing. To this day, I know it’s too late for a cancellation, but it BUGS me as I haven’t used it ever since. I feel so tricked as finding money is not that easy.
