No subtitles
I bought a premium subscription, but no subtitles work, only English is available to choose from. So far, I'm not satisfied, I'm still waiting for a response from the technical centre.
No sounds!
Guys, maybe you see my question here , because your tech support didn’t answer me. I bought a subscription but can't use it. There is no sound, and I don't know what to do.
Be careful of the auto renewal payment!
It’s been an year I’ve subscribed to this app. Today they try to make a 89 euros payment out of my credit card, because it was set as auto renewal (I forgot ). Luckily my bank didn’t let it happen. As it’s very likely you can’t get your money back if it wasn’t your first payment. Btw the app itself is not bad. But I don’t like this tricky setting.
