The push notifications boggles the mind. It only alerts you when new classes are added to the location BUT it doesn’t have the ability to notify you when you get a spot from waitlisting. I sometimes only receive emails on classes I have been on waitlist for 1 week, the day of the class that I get a spot in the morning, even though it’s already past the 8 hours cancellation period. It forces me to use up 1 class credit which is super unfair, and there is no work around this. I have to constantly check the app to remind myself that I’m still on waitlist and see where I’m at. It’s cheating my money.

Terrible app for booking. As if it isn’t a mad rush to grab the most popular slots when they are released at 10pm, you have to deal with the garbage appointment booking. First of all, you can only see classes by location. And then you have to search for the class type that you want in that location and scroll down to the date of choice. If it’s full or not what you want, you then want to view other locations, but you can’t even do that because the location on the top left of the screen isn’t even tappable and there is no way to reset selection. So your only option is to close the app and reopen, and retry the whole process at your second location. We’re living in 2023 but this app is from 2013. Honestly considering even continuing my subscription thanks to this infuriating experience.

Whenever you receive notification and tap from home screen, this app will not lead you to that particular message. Fonts too small you can’t even zoom in to see the info.

Hey bosses. Just spend some money on your app developers. Get rid of the thai app if you want the sg users to mainly use the app. Put the correct up-to-date locations on the app. Don’t spoil the whole UX/UI esp if you r making your locations so beautiful, stop killing the experience with the subpar app!

Regretted signing for the package. Impossible to book any class with the app as it always hangs

Instantly regretted after signing up for their trial package because it’s impossible to book a slot. And you expect your customers to use up the trial package within 1 month? Hahaha I can’t even book a single class and you expect me to complete 3 classes in a month? Ridiculous

First tried a package for spin class 4 years ago and decided to try again for pilates recently, to my ABSOLUTE horror the booking system is still as bad as 4 years ago… it’s so difficult to book your slots. First they announced that the slots would be released on a certain date, come that certain date both the app and website did not reflect the announcement. After days of delay later with no announcement to inform the package owners, the info then is finally uploaded on the web and the site. The app and site indicates a spot available but when you click it, it says ‘We’re sorry that web page cannot be found.’ What the…. Please spend some money to invest back into the customer experience of booking instead of simply expanding and expanding.

The joy of booking a new class is becoming the frustration of not being able to access the system, every single time.

Its like someone took the Microsoft paint software, and freehand wrote and drew the instructions and UX layout. Absolute You clearly spent their entire budget getting Dyson hair-dryers, while outsourcing their app development to the nearest community-centre elderly folk e-learning class as a FYP.
