Acloset - AI Fashion Assistant

I used this app years ago, and I always thought it was amazing, so I started updating the pictures and once I took a picture of every single item in my closet and began uploading them, I realised it is no longer free. You cannot upload more than 100 clothing pieces before they start charging you for more space, which is less than you think considering the app is made to store pictures of everything from your hair accessories and jewellery, to shirts, pants, socks and shoes. The amount they charge you for unlimited item spots is about 26 euro a month! That racks up to 312 euro a year. If you get the discounted option it’s only about 130 euro, which is about the cost of something like an Xbox Game Pass and more than a Netflix subscription. Maybe I am crazy but I do not have the money for that, and I feel as though the app tricked you into thinking it was free (but maybe this is just because I downloaded it long ago). It just isn’t worth the prize tag. I’m very disappointed, and I feel I have wasted a lot of time trying to add my pictures of all of my clothing to this app when there literally is no space for them. I would be okay with paying for the app but I would have preferred a one time payment or a much cheaper prize tag. Would you download a fashion app if you had to pay 312 euro to use it? I would not.

Was great when I thought it was free. Now they want me to pay a monthly fee that’s far too high.

Its so easy to add stuff into the closet and it really helps organise everything. It also makes it less stressful in the morning when I have to choose outfits. Highly reccomend!!

I loved this app and it’s really good if you don’t like repeating outfits like me and want to stay organized. However lately it’s gotten annoying, the way you have to watch ads every second. If you just want to put in a new peice of clothing you have to wait 20 seconds and it’s quite tiring when you have to do it all the time.

Loved the app until they implemented premium/subscription services. Now I can’t do anything at all in the app without a prompt of updating to premium. Would have been OK with a one-time downloading fee in App Store, but a monthly fee? No thanks. Been loving the app, but will now look for a replacement. Not being able to smoothly download the clothes for this transfer is also a headache. What a waste of time spent on this app. 😭

I have been using this for maybe a year and only now in the last month has it started to act up. It says that you can only have 100 items of clothing even though i have had far above that for a long time. Due to this i cant click on anything without a popup saying i need to upgrade to premium. I have spent hours on this app and now it isnt functional anymore. I cant even go into my clothes to check the information to move to another app. Its so frustrating because i have really loved this app for such a long time, but i still have to be honest nonetheless.

They just updated it and there’s ads everywhere, so much so that its unuseable(im talking 20 sec ads for every step you do). Its impossible to add an entire wardrobe after this update so dont even bother downloading it fresh. I found it useful before but when what you do can be done in the notes app with not too much more effort you have to be careful. I might not use this at all anymore and my entire wardrobe is in there.

Pretty good app, but if you want to put more then 100 clothes in your closet you have to pay. Which is a problem since I can’t put all my clothes in the app. Waist of time to put your clothes in.

Just got the news about the subscriptions… as a 2+ years user I’ve watched this app grow from a barely working app to an app with potential. There are so many festures still missing and that was fine for a free app. But $5 for keeping only 100 items and $30 a month for unlimited access is unreasonable. I would definitely pay for an app that works but this is not it. The fact that I can’t even look at my old OOTDs or save my old data makes me feel like I wasted so much time on Acloset.
