Useless App

What’s the point in having broken software?

Disappointing indeed

Suddenly my library has disappeared and I am unable to locate or read anything. The help desk could not assist me and has referred me the hub - I have re-downloaded and logged in but no success. It gets one star because I cannot rate any lower. Freda

Pages Not Rendering

Like many of the other reviews posted here before me, I have the same experience where books added to my Digital Editions, won’t render completely. I purchased a very expensive Law Textbook and decided to do so in eBook format, because of owning an iPad and being in 2023, but I regret it deeply. The supplier only makes use of Adobe Digital Editions and now I can’t use the book on my iPad at all. What a waste of money and time.

dreadful

it’s so hard to use. i’m a uni student and got digital copies of my textbooks. every time i try to jump from one page to the next by using the search function the app just freezes. the slide bar is hidden behind other buttons so i can never use it. the information on the page will only show if i use either the black page or the brown page option. i would use my laptop but the adobe digital editions isn’t working on there.

Urgent bug fix needed

I am having exactly the same issue with blank pages, missing script and my Kaplan textbook only works with this app. So it’s extremely urgent it’s resolved. Did not have issue on older IOS.

Update this App

This app needs a serious update. It loads blank pages and if difficult to read content in the library because of it.

Waste of time

0 stars! App doesn’t work at all, you books that get downloaded to the app and it doesn’t work at all, pages stay blank, waste of time.

Most of the pages don’t appear and those that do are unreadable! I wasted my money downloading the book, should rather have bought a hard copy!!
