Adobe Fresco: Sketch & Draw

Nothings perfect except for this

The pens and watercolor and paint are great, and there are a lot of things to explore but I can’t get rid of the perspective grid and it annoys me so much because it can’t be deleted. It was one of my fav drawings, after all!

I love adobe fresco however since the last update my “Ink” shatters across the page ruining my art as it takes 20-100 backspaces to clear it. My screen is free of and I’ve had my iPad and Apple Pencil checked for errors. This only happens in fresco. Unfortunately as it happens with every second stroke, I can no longer use this for my professional work as it takes too long to constantly correct

honestly really a buzzkill having gone from adobe ideas - draw and now fresco,,, fresco i would say use to be great for what i couldnt do in adobe draw but i am disappointed that none of the features i used the most in draw was transferred to frescos, i find the layout confusing and brush options not the best ((i want a basic outline brush with no blending/water/oil but the process to change is so incredibly more confusing previously ive never had any issues with this app until the force closure of draw and kow the new fresco is honestly terrible :( would reccomend investing in procreate in an ipad or just dont bother for mobile anymore

Want adobe draw back it was way better

Great verity of options on what pen or pencil you want to use and love the wet paint option. I also like how easy it is to use like it takes a few seconds to switch to a different brush, pen or pencil and even easier with favourites

This is a good drawing app although it is definitely a down grade from adobe draw, it should be better since I am forced to used it over adobe draw since it has been stopped. This app really needs the basics things that made adobe draw good for example I want to be able to trace basic shapes like a circle not have to free hand draw a circle and mess it up, the rubber is so bad bc there is no outline to the rubber so I can’t rub things out in detail. I am soo disappointed with this app as I loved adobe draw and thought it was the best drawing app available in the App Store.

Can’t access watercolour or oil paints and can’t open any previous documents or the whole app crashes, so a lot of lost work. Unfortunately spent money on digital pens to be able to use this but doesn’t seem compatible with Windows. Seems like this has been an issue for years and still unresolved.

I work with my ipad sitting up at a steep angle on its cover. It’s like my “canvas-” is sitting up on an easel. Yet no matter how much digital water i add to my brush, the colour does not all run downhill. It just spreads evenly outwards in all directions as though my canvas was lying down flat. 🤣😁😂 But seriously I do love this app. Love playing with those vector brushes too. At first i was a little grumpy at there being no pen tool until I realised that this is really a very cool re-imagining of the way we use vectors. Perhaps it is the beginning of the end of the pen tool. Watch a few youtubes of how the pros use Fresco vector drawing brushes and you quickly cotton on. Good job Adobe! Never been more pleased to be a subsciber than when i realised what a little jewel was this app I could get for free thru my subscription.
