Because of watercolour effect
Although I find the feeling of the brushes to be better suited to reflect real drawings, I’ve lost countless documents that crashed while working, or couldn’t be opened at a point. Very frustrating.
On the thumbnail, or even when I open the image, some of the layers is doubled, mirrored and appears when zoomed in or out the image. Very frustrating.
Wish it had the option of line/ stroke auto smoothing like in Adobe Draw or Procreate. It is weird that they will give up on Adobe Draw, with awesome brushes while not having this useful function on Fresco that has terrible brush settings.
I was thoroughly impressed by Adobe’s painting engine in this app, it shows that sometimes competition pushes things forward ( Procreate ) and have been enjoying the creative freedom that this app gives you.
Love that I can draw vector. Love the sketch brush. Other than that, the number of features is very limited. Export time-lapse is so so.
Adobe seems to try hard to set the low standard in apps on the iPad. Both Photoshop and Fresco are sad jokes, lagging 10 years behind other apps, like Infinite Painter and Procreate. However, this does not stop Adobe to ask for an absurd MONTHLY subscription rate. How can they have the guts to do it is beyond me. Buy whatever other program and don’t support this sad joke. ‘We will update it in the future’ does not cut it. Release it when it is ready and worth our time and money
I got the app as soon as it appeared because I’d gotten a prompt from Adobe Draw. The app has nice brushes and features, but it has lousy layer functionality. It messed up my work twice after I saved the drawing. When I went back to it a moment later, the layers were messed up and some of the work I’d done was gone. I do not recommend it.
To anyone reading this, as of right now there is not any shape and/or ruler tool on IPhone. It’s there for an IPad, but not for an IPhone ): I was hoping to make my bingo cards using this on my phone because I don’t have an IPad anymore, but I am having an extremely hard time getting straight lines the angle I need them at. Don’t get me wrong, when I had an IPad fresco was and still is my favorite to use. But on my phone it is such a pain and IF YOURE READING THIS FRESCO DEVS PLEASE ADD ATLEAST THE RULER!! (preferably all the shape tools) Thanks if your reading this lol
