Beware the claims of interoperability between Fresco and Photoshop. My Fresco paintings are always broken after opening and changing anything in Photoshop; forcing me to revert to a previous version. You can start in Fresco and end the painting in Photoshop, but if you try to return to Fresco then your layers will be flattened or locked in an uneditable group. Very frustrating to lose work this way.
I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to sign up for an account it’s ridiculous that they can see your privet stuff there privet for a reason
The animation option is so cool! I can finally make gifs so easily!!!!
Everything about this app is just perfect! You can use lots of different tools and colors to create a unique masterpiece!or mix colors to make new ones and even put in pictures to color! Like I did one that’s a hand! I would recommend this app ❤️❤️❤️
Amazing
I thought it would be good to work on iPhone but it wasn’t. I always thought one of these app the help me make design would at least explain how to work the app? But this one does I sag there confused and didn’t know what to do. I tried but still couldn’t figure it out. 1 star
So when I started I was so confused , and then I learned all these cool things and now I think my drawings are amazing through I am new top it I think it would be easer if you made some videos for new drawers. Thank you if your reading this and a lovely fair well. :)
I have been enjoying Adobe Fresco, but now that I'm trying to use it for more advanced illustrations and animations...It's falling short. It would be great if I could label the layers. If you're drawing with white on the transparent background, it's very difficult to identify which layer has which drawing. The icons identifying pixel versus vector are very small and similar. I would like it if they were color coded instead. When you export from the application on the iPad and import into the desktop version of Photoshop or illustrator some of the layers do not encode properly they won't scale or transform together with other layers. If you're doing more than just a basic looping animation it becomes unwieldily. Sometimes the clipping mask doesn't work in the same way as it does in Photoshop. It should be a reference layer, but sometimes the colors on that layer actually appear in the image instead of being just a mask that another layer clips to. The watercolor brush doesn't act like an actual watercolor brush. It has some cool effects, but a real watercolor brush doesn't go outside the line and bleed. I'm forever going in and erasing areas where it bleeds over. And speaking of brushes, there are very few. I haven't spent much time in Procreate, but it is tempting to try it out for my more complex projects..
this app is perfect for those who like to draw digitally (like me) there’s so many options for brushes eraser etc. (even adjusting the size to it) overall after a TON of experience on this app this is a great app!
I love it but the thing is you have to have a certain amount of storage to play.
