ADP has been around for a while. The layout of the app is very nice. It has past information from previous employers which is nice. This is the first employer that I have worked for that uses ADP for majority of employee task. It’s not a not a bad app for it’s features, but it's not great either. It can be VERY glitchy and before I go on I will say I have had to (clearing cache, deleting and re-installing, power cycle the device etc) and have the iPhone (13 pro max) and keep everything (app and iOS updated). One thing I don't get why I get this error message “ “Punch Cannot Be Recorded For Approved Pay Period” when trying to clock in and out! I have to get my manager to enter my time. This is ridiculous! I called ADP Helpdesk and they were puzzled to why this was happening on the “ADP website and the APP.” I reported this issue to HR to open a ticket. For a company that has been around so long, having a glitchy app that has the weirdest error message that Helpdesk has never heard of is bad. And sometimes the App displays a double screen with up and down arrows and the word done. Please look into this! I would like to be able to clock in and out. Thank you!

I recently did a role transfer within my company and all of a sudden the time card feature on the app is not there anymore. I’ve hunted and hunted trying to find how to app it back to the mobile app with no luck. Did some research and there’s not much on the topic either. I have to login to my computer every day to enter time when I’ve gotten used to doing it on the app for the last 4 years. You can still use the clock in/out feature but for the most part that isn’t a widely used feature. If anyone can help me out with this it is much appreciate

It takes three or four times to maybe load. Difficult to follow when it does load. 2 stars is really too high. I have to use the time clock and a lot of goes by before getting logged. I sometimes have to HR change it.

App constantly not working

Cannot look at future time off and hours available. App seems to be more employer based not employee based which means it isn’t designed for people. these problems would have been fixed if they were worried about the people. Also looking at the reviews they pawn on the problems with the app to the employer instead of fixing the problem with the app.

I’ve had to use a couple other apps/companies for hour logging and I appreciate ADP. There’s not much to say about the app. I use it to clock hours and request time off, and it largely works. My company doesn’t use a lot of the features the company has, so I can’t judge those. There’s just one bugaboo that really frustrates me. I have to cover my front camera or face the phone to the ceiling because no matter how many times it gets updated for bug fixing, the facial recognition gets triggered randomly and if I let it confirm my face, it’ll kick me back to the home page. The only way to stop it is to tap when it’s trying, or let it fail and then tap cancel. That annoyance happens three to four times I use the app, every single time. Fix that annoyance and I’ll bump you to five stars.
