The app is very good made and easy to use. I love the Face ID ability for log in.

Hade varit bättre om inloggningen använt bankid, istället för att byta lösenord varannan månad

Always a problem with app Can’t punch in/out several times

The most low quality app. It is slow, the log-in is loading for ages both either with password or Touch-Id. The functions that you want to use like Clock-In or even see your schedule is not available 70% of the time. The app is not fast at responding to the GPS so you can punch in at work, that will take you an hour for it to locate. Fix it please as it is so important for work

Please point me in the right direction I cannot get into my mobile ADP app it keeps on coming up saying as an error with the server can you please give me some kind of insight to what’s happening or when I’ll be able to get back into my mobile app this is been going on for the last two weeks

I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I cannot get my Benefits page to load. I made sure my phone and the app itself was up to date and it still doesn’t load. (I’ve tried using it on my niece’s iphone and macbook, even on the current iPhone I have, still doesn’t load

This app is useless!… it fails to show even the most basic information that the website shows, like I don’t know.. MY CONTRIBUTIONS! where are they!? I spent 10 minutes searching the app to find nothing! And other basic information like history, projected retirement income, and a whole bunch of things only found on the website. The app is clunky and but it did make room for an advertisement for TurboTax on the home page! Screw TurboTax! they’re a horrible company! Deleting this useless app!

I’ve forgotten my password since im always changing it, but the problem is I lost my old phone by breaking it and I can’t make a new password due to having to verify via phone number. If I could verify via email, things would be much easier.

I have the latest version 24.50.1 and it still gets stuck on the login which is a redirect webpage. I have to use the browser to log in. It has become a worthless app. Also, with the amount of money ADP makes. It should have a feature full app and the features of the app when it did log me in was abysmal. Basically they bother thing I did when I could log in is see paycheck info.
