Please point me in the right direction I cannot get into my mobile ADP app it keeps on coming up saying as an error with the server can you please give me some kind of insight to what’s happening or when I’ll be able to get back into my mobile app this is been going on for the last two weeks

I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I cannot get my Benefits page to load. I made sure my phone and the app itself was up to date and it still doesn’t load. (I’ve tried using it on my niece’s iphone and macbook, even on the current iPhone I have, still doesn’t load

This app is useless!… it fails to show even the most basic information that the website shows, like I don’t know.. MY CONTRIBUTIONS! where are they!? I spent 10 minutes searching the app to find nothing! And other basic information like history, projected retirement income, and a whole bunch of things only found on the website. The app is clunky and but it did make room for an advertisement for TurboTax on the home page! Screw TurboTax! they’re a horrible company! Deleting this useless app!

I’ve forgotten my password since im always changing it, but the problem is I lost my old phone by breaking it and I can’t make a new password due to having to verify via phone number. If I could verify via email, things would be much easier.

I have the latest version 24.50.1 and it still gets stuck on the login which is a redirect webpage. I have to use the browser to log in. It has become a worthless app. Also, with the amount of money ADP makes. It should have a feature full app and the features of the app when it did log me in was abysmal. Basically they bother thing I did when I could log in is see paycheck info.

Good app for me anyway, some of my coworkers have some issues with it, but it has worked for me for about five years, no more check stubs so no one can see how much I don’t make

Called to ask why I couldn’t even download the app-it kept connecting to Apple wallet. I tried the software update, restarting phone, changing settings, etc. Nothing worked. Called the number given-the automated system kept hanging up on me. Called a different number and asked if they could give me a number for tech/mobile app help. The person refused to help. She was rude and said I was wasting her and my time because no one there would help if I didn’t have a company code. I’m an employee using an app they made-why is there no one to help with tech issues and why are they rude? She said she wasn’t going to help me because it is the company paying for their employees to use the app-therefore, I was nothing-not a money source. And the app itself is subpar with organization and info it provides. It is late to update, etc.

My paychecks suppose to be delivered Friday by Noon Since they did not arrive on time , after waiting for an hour on the phone I was informed that courier driver dud not “ finish” delivery and that ai will receive paychecks tomorrow at 9 am NOTHING was delivered.Again customer service , again rude representative again I was told that they can give me update in Monday leaving me to deal with angry employees ( justified) I do not care how they do their busy I just want to do mine correctly and pay my employees on time!!!!!!

Hard to use actually insecure. A facade of security and a waste of money for employers. It would be better to provide local jobs in your payroll dept than use this application. I would rate it a zero if I could. ADP should keep data off of the internet so it isn't compromised when they get hacked.

It worked great for awhile.... since beginning of December it want me to put email and password in to log in obviously and then it takes me to a web page that says error so there is no way to log in.
