Used it for years and works great!
The workouts are tough, but they have 3 difficulty levels and you can customise it. Hasn't changed the ui or content ever but it works and if it ain't broke then keep it that way.
Get this
I downloaded this app five years ago. It changed not only my body but my life. User friendly, sleek in design, it makes you actually love to work out and challenges you at the same time. It is my Bible lol. Adrian thank you bro. I have to drop you a good review. The only thing I want next is another app like this that uses weights.

Sounds are not working for exercise and countdown. Any recommendations.
complete sound off mode
i’m needing a complete “all sounds off” mode to change this. even when turning off the sound effects, descriptions, etc., i still hear the exercise name and the beeping of the timer. sickening!!!!! fix it.
Best Abs app
This is by far the best abs app I have ever encountered! I got ripped doing these workouts . I love it so much and the positive quotes it gives before the workout are awesome !
