Updating the new improved App
This is proving extremely difficult! It should be a simple, quick upgrade? Why is it taking so long to just upgrade?

Worst airline app I’ve used
This app is really pointless other than seeing your travel times and checking in. You can’t see whether your ticket is economy or business, no where to add bags to check in, no ability to change your seat during check in, no way to order wheelchair assistance. I have so little confidence in the app, I’ve printed all my receipts to take with me to the airport.
Best of the airline apps
Easy to navigate, easy to check in and saves the boarding pass to your phone. Can’t understand why the BA app can’t work like this one…
App won’t complete the update
The app won’t complete the update revision? Numerous updates that don’t seem to improve anything?
Can't pay from First Direct account
Infuriating! Spent ages before I discovered that the unresponsiveness when attempting to verify payment is apparently due to the app not being able to form a correct url for a First Direct account. Come on developers...
No stars
Only that I need to use the arelingus service I would prefer not to, I find the staff false, plastic manner and not what should be expected of irelands national carrier.
