- Personal Loan: Use the app to apply for a personal loan or loan top-up, up to €30,000.
- Overdraft: Apply for an overdraft in your app in minutes.
- Credit card: Apply in your app in minutes.
Making and managing payments has never been easier:
- Pay another AIB customer with Pay a contact using just their phone number. Maximum transfer is €1,000
- Simply pay another Irish bank account with a one-off payment up to €1,000
- Avail of Apple Pay, & Fitbit Pay.
- Quickly manage standing orders & debit debits
- View, print, save & share up to seven years of statements.
Safeguarding your banking:
- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) adds an extra layer of security to your online shopping.
- Tap your transactions to see more information like the time, date and type of transaction made.
- Freeze your lost card to keep your money safe – and it's just as easy to unfreeze the card if you find it.
- Need a replacement card? Use the app to cancel your old one and have a new one posted to you.
- Secure Login - Use a compatible smartphone to login securely with FaceID or TouchID.
You can also use the AIB Mobile app to:
- Quick balance: Check up to two balances without logging in.
- Change your address: If you have a sole account, you can change your address on the AIB app.

Is AIB Mobile free?
Yes, AIB Mobile is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is AIB Mobile legit?
⚠️ The AIB Mobile app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
This is not possible.
When I enter my phone number for further verification, one digit of my phone number disappears before the call, so I can't get the verification code
This is the 7th attempt in a day, but this problem repeats every time

The worst banking in my life!!!
Try to make “security update” for 10 times , it writes all the time failed , due to this cannot use it!!!
Slow, faulty, low quality design and functional
5 times of registration attempts before it finally goes through? App automatic update while you are standing in front of cash register? Minutes to open the app coz it’s faulty? Unable to send your own money to your own account in different bank? Yes, all of that is AIB. Shame.
Just try to use Monobank app once and you will understand how good quality banking app looks like.
Terrible app
I hate this app. I want to leave Ireland, delete this app and forget about this nightmare.
Minor things
Everything works fine, I absolutely satisfied with the services I’m getting through the app. Thank you!
However after the latest update app doesn’t show any notifications any more, especially the “confirmation of the payment” notifications. (All the notifications settings on my phone as well as the settings in the app were checked and rechecked, switched off then on again, etc.) I still can make internet payments using my passwords and sms confirmations, however at the moment I have no any chance to log in to my online account on the PC, it is just impossible without the confirmation through the app, which doesn’t works for me now.
Any help from your side would be appreciated!

How it works?
I really don’t understand how it works! Because it’s impossible to login! It’s impossible to update! So, do something for working this app, please!!!
Security bug
The app asking me update security. I push button “update ” and after this I found message “This setup was not successful. This could be due to a technical issue ”. WTF? I can’t use app and make transactions!🤯
App crashes
Awful work! Each time after trying to video call it crashes/ closes the app!

Це найгірший банк з усіх, що я бачила! Додаток дуже бідний, годиться лише щоб подивитись рахунок. Перекази через додаток зробити неможливо, навіть на картки європейських банків (що вже там, на картки тієї країни, в якій вони знаходяться). Але вони пішли далі! Для міжнародних переказів треба кардрідер (бандура, як ще один телефон), навіщо?! Всюди комісії. Щоб переказати кошти в Україну, приготуйтесь пройти всі кола пекла і щей після того, заплатити 15€ за кожні 500€. Дуже не зручний. Не рекомендую!
Issue with phone number
Your app works wrong. At first time when I fill the form I’be entered wrong phone number. And when fill form next time with right phone number it doesn’t change it and using wrong number that I enter at first time. So now I can’t get verification sms when going through authorization step
