Cannot have access to my trips or my miles
ID confirmation not working. Therefore I cannot see any trips in the future, what makes the app useless
The worst I’ve got
Would never be existing, terrible APP Can’t do anything, and nothing is recognized by the app

Impossible to add family members! App doesn’t work well
I never get to add my family members to do the check in the app!!!! It’s never recognize theirs passports, names ou ticket number
Very Practical
You can buy your tickets, reserve seats, and get notifications anout your flights. The only issue is that there are some areas that are not available in English, so I can't take much information regarding promotions.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to use the app because it is in Chinese. Air China has a lot of international flights so it would be interesting to have english support.
