Doesnt find my booking, hence can‘t manage booking or check-in.
Schlechtester Check-In seit Anbeginn der Zeit
Checkin funktionierte selbst bei meiner Frau (Chinesin) nicht ordnungsgemäß. Da sie ein wenig länger bleibt, fliege ich ein paar Tage früher zurück. Scheinbar geht das dann einfacher für den Check-In. Auf der Website wird eine chinesische Nummer voraus gesetzt. In der App gehts auch ohne, dafür braucht man aber einen chinesischen Namen. Den soll man auch noch in Pinyin schreiben. Ich habe da bei beidem meinen normalen Namen eingegeben. Das ging dann nicht, weil der chinesische Name ja nicht aus Schriftzeichen besteht. Viel verbrannte Zeit für nichts … leider ist Air China für die Flugstrecke alternativlos, sonst würde ich nächstes mal was anderes probieren.

Like an app from 2010
Totally useless. Worst check in experience ever.
Unable to identify or check in
Unable to identify myself or check in. Also not possible on the website. Tried for 2 hours with it failing at different points before giving up. I wasn’t the only one in the super long and slow (2 hour wait!) check in queue at the airport who couldn’t check in online. Fortunately all could board even though we had to rush through security. My whole family with young children were spread around the plane as a result and we had to negotiate with other passengers to swap seats
Absolute Katastrophe
Noch nie so einen schlechten Online CheckIn Prozess erlebt. Geht einfach nicht. Das gleiche Problem hatte ungefähr jeder in der CheckIn Schlange am Flughafen. Hier muss deutlich nachgebessert werden.

Useless App…a simple thing Like checking in is impossible.
Schrott
Ticket direkt über Airchina gebucht. Hinzufügen in die App unmöglich. Mehrere „Verifikationen“ der App gescheitert, obwohl alle Daten stimmen.
