No purpose for this app except to waste one’s time

Deserves 0 stars. No features work. If you enjoy solving puzzles to prove you’re a human then this is the app for you as you’ll be asked repeatedly when moving between failed screens and functions. You can’t retrieve bookings. You can’t check in for bookings. You can’t do anything an app is designed to do. If someone claims the app works they are lying.

总是拒绝让我买票

通过贵网站想买国航的机票，总是失败。不得已只好从Expedia 买贵国航的机票。买到后，想加上行程，也加不上。我甚至怀疑这是不是真的App，是不是在套取用户信息，而不为用户服务？

功能缺失

不知道哪里查看知音卡号，没有办法修改支付密码

Absolutely garbage.

Very difficult to use.

这个app与中国国际航空的名声严重不符

Nothing works

I’m surprised to see this app has 5 starting. It’s impossible to select retrieve my user id and password. It won’t let me login dynamically on new device and it won’t let me retrieve my user id. Absolutely not workable

Only a simple password can be set, and the account cannot be logged out.
