App has improved immeasurably

The English version of the app is a far cry from what it was only a year or so ago. Being able to accumulate air miles and book flights through them directly is such a big convenience. Best English app for an airline in China that I have used.

Awful Can’t log on at all If it had zero star this would get it

很不友好

预订机票，上海虹桥到深圳宝安。选择往返，说搜不到。非得单程+单程买。都搞不明白怎么设计的app。

Doesn’t show booking

Can’t do anything with this app. Doesn’t show your booking. Online chat doesn’t work and it’s only chat in Chinease. Doesn’t show my booking.

Worst of the app, not function properly and can not be modified, seems to be annoying and feel like a i got cancer

Very poor app

Unintuitive, next to useless app. Took me ages to figure out how to access my flight to check in, with all those details required and error messages. Tip: for “name” use the entire full name of the passanger, surname first, no spaces between words. For “number”, use the e-ticket number, no hyphen. Otherwise it will just say it can’t retrieve the data. But even though I finally managed to access my booking, the app would still not provide a mobile boarding pass, requiring me to go to the check-in counter at the airport. What’s the point of the app then?! Not flying with Air China again.

Terrible app for a terrible airline

Please spend less time putting useless gamification elements into your app and more time on proper localisation, and not cancelling flights with less than a week’s notice, offering absolutely useless alternatives. Customer service is also a joke. It’s not even good in the screenshot! China Airlines all the way for me.

Most buggy app ever

Can't reset password unless you have chinese number, customer services you have to call for hours to fix it is only on Chinese number, you get logged out once per 1 min, fingerprint login does nothing at all, you have to manually log in after the finger print, NO MOBILE BOARDING CARD or apple wallet card, can't check in online or change seat if more than one leg, the user name for the app doesn't work online, I've given up trying to make my mileage show up... Do I need to add more? DON'T USE, fly with any other airline if possible, also no snacks onboard, most of the screens were old with bad touch functionality(mine didn't work but the empty seat next to me was ok) and poor movie selection.
