Amazing platform with terrible app
I’m using Airtable for months and as platform is great with very good api. But IPad aplications is terrible. I have Lost hours of work updating records which finally wasn’t even stored in database. Even worst, I was checking records about 10 times if data are stored properly and on IPad they was looking fine but today there is not even a single entry in history that something was done. Sadly app for IPad is great only as read only access.

Good database but very limiting app
I’m using Airtable for couple of days and I liked it, for easy to use, good interface and especially that I cant put attachments for base. Unfortunately, iPad app doesn’t have many features that web app have, don’t support keyboard shortcuts and drag&drop. I tried to using web app but for some reasons, scrolling in the web app doesn’t work on iPad, so I must using the app. I hope that app get many features and that you are expand it for iPadOS.
Bugs bugs bugs
Expected a polished product but have bugs. Cannot add dates to records as calendar is not visible in a form. No kanban or calendar views implemented however users asked for this for 3 years.
Small variety permission levels.
Sometimes I would like to give permission (access) to edit some tables from the database, some records in the particular table, some columns in the table. It is not possible. I have to give permission for full database or for nothing. Should be something between.
Organise and connect things
Excellent app for those who like to record and organise thousands of things of different kinds. Also for those who love to connect dots and be able to see more sophisticated relations between things that any note taking app can provide. It's great you can create databases of your personal stuff without any technical knowledge. Simple, well-designed and powerful. Also a lot of integrations.
