The Best Internet Banking Ever
Awesome!!!
The updates are always unbelievably heavy
I’d give it 5 stars, but the updates are always so heavy in data consumption and large in file size. This isn’t the only mobile banking application. Why is yours so heavy and large in this day and age? Do something about it.
Unable to update and access my app
I am unable to access my carbon app as I’m directed to update the app. But at Apple App Store, when I click the update button, it doesn’t respond. I need to make urgent withdrawal.
Great App worth trying
Great to use nice chime that you’ll remember Fast transfers and Face ID the only thing is i would love more customer engagement or like a livechat because it took 1 year to be able to reset a password. Banking should be stress free

Unable to log in
Carbon should use another app like flutter wave as a reference point in dealing with their customers. I was suddenly logged out of my account and all you are asking me is my phone number attached to my BVN when you are aware I lost my phone and sim and now live in the diaspora. What happened to the email that I used to register? Why can't I receive Otp via email? Una still get a long way to go. I hope my money will be intact even if it takes me 10 years to get a new sim if not I will drag the hell out of you
5 Stars Is not enough
Simply The Best. And I won’t stop saying it. They value their customers very much. As Much as I, a regular customer values them. If you’re looking for a bank that gives you no headache, Carbon is the one. Their service is a top notch. Very Fast and easy. You can save money and earn interest. And you can also take a loan with low interest. Pay bills, buy airtime etc with your carbon app. I mean what more can a man ask for??
