Claim real items are fake just a trash company and app to use don’t waste your time or money here
I recently sold a pair of Yeezys on alias shipped it over I even took PICTURES BEFORE I SENT THEM THE PRODUCT the shoes was brand new and everything same with the box. 3 days later they are telling me that my box is “badly damaged” same with my shoes they are telling me I wore them multiple times even though I didn’t even put my foot in them and they do look brand new so I’m confused on why yall first kept my sneaker second don’t wanna give me my money for the shoe that I gave yall in perfect condition
If you are trying to sell and make good money fast dont sell from here they take half of what you make and are picky and dumb about your stuff and will not let you sell fast and quick i had a bape hoodie for a month now on that app and i put it for the lowest i can do it they still haven’t approved this app is useless and advise not to use
Horrible app, Horrible response time, horrible horrible horrible. Customer service is terrible and untimely, would never recommend to anyone
Doesn’t accept pictures of used shoes
Horrible company. They will steal your shoes and say the box was empty or it never arrived. On top of that they just implemented a new fee system, mainly affecting consignment and JFC it's horrible. Stick to eBay yall.
The app does what it needs to. I never understood why GOAT pushed sellers onto a new platform unless they were going to enable sellers with more tools and a seller-friendly interface. After over 3 years, absolutely no changes have been made to the app, and the fees/lack of incentives/seller tools are uncompetitive. You would think as more platforms and selling methods take market share, alias would enhance their platform and offer perks or discounted rates to retain reliable sellers, but no. There is no ability to sort your listings, easily view listings with highest offers, filter listings where you’re not the lowest ask. You have to scroll through a slowly loading string of all your listings which often freezes and takes you back to the top. alias did introduce a “Bulk Shipping Program,” which is pitched as a way for the seller to “save money” on shipping supplies - there is no incentive for the seller to eliminate multiple shipping labels for alias, they instead frame this as a privilege for sellers and insultingly suggest that saving money on boxes is worth the hassle. At 12.4% + $5 for every sale, alias has one of the least competitive rates among similar platforms. There is no tier system, no perks for prioritizing the platform, with a punishment of higher fees if you unsuccessfully fulfill orders. I could write another review about the dozens of cancelled sales I’ve dealt with for brand new, authentic items because their authenticators aren’t familiar with Essentials. Along with losing time and a sale, you also get hit with a $15 return shipping fee. I currently have two sales that were cancelled 3 weeks ago, I was promptly charged, and neither item has shown progress on shipping. A few months ago, I had to create a bulk list of all the cancelled orders with items I was still missing. After 8 different email fights, I received goat credit (still subject to cash-out fee) after initially being told that my item was “destroyed” and there was nothing they could do. High rates, missing features, TERRIBLE SUPPORT, and a painfully inefficient UI make it hard to like this platform. Things still sell, so I sometimes put up with the hassle, but have slowly transitioned my inventory to other platforms that reward and enable their sellers, rather than acting as if they’re the only option available and unapologetically falling short. Do better, GOAT.
Never had a problem with em, my favorite app to sell on
It’s a HARD pass for me I’d rather sit on my shoes till a mmff don’t have a pair to wear and buy them in desperation real talk. Cancel this app cancel Stock X cancel offer up. NO NO. And in fact! IM GOING TO SPREAD THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ALL RIP ANYBODY ELSE OFF. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ALL ARE NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR MISTAKES AND FAILURES YOUR THROUGH! AND GOAT IS TRASH FOR RECOMMENDING THIS GARBAGE.
The UI and process to list sneakers is laughably bad on this platform. No matter how many crystal clear shots you take, matching the prompt per image, the app bugs out 75% of the time. Fees are also ridiculous on this platform and is overall a far worse experience than when buying/selling was integrated in just the GOAT app. I don’t know who the galaxy brains were that decided that yes, let’s make a separate app that has far worse UI and is far more buggy than what we had in just the GOAT app. And we wonder why tech is laying people off at an unprecedented rate. Save yourselves the headache and just use eBay.
