They will say that the pair has issue and immediately returns the item to you and you will pay for the shipping cost and it happened to me too many times now. There isnt mold issues before but now they use thi excuse to ship back my item if they dont like it

The app is not updated and it keeps you hanging. Accepted an offer and for days my listing kept on saying "Processing Offer" and when I emailed support none of them responded to me.

App keeps crashing due to “problem with data in server”. Poor customer support, takes them 3 days to get to you.

Why is there NO PHILIPPINES on the regions/countries to be chosen upon registration? This is apparent on the iPad while on the iPhone, it can be selected. PLEASE FIX AN UPDATE FOR THIS!

Claim real items are fake just a trash company and app to use don’t waste your time or money here

I recently sold a pair of Yeezys on alias shipped it over I even took PICTURES BEFORE I SENT THEM THE PRODUCT the shoes was brand new and everything same with the box. 3 days later they are telling me that my box is “badly damaged” same with my shoes they are telling me I wore them multiple times even though I didn’t even put my foot in them and they do look brand new so I’m confused on why yall first kept my sneaker second don’t wanna give me my money for the shoe that I gave yall in perfect condition

If you are trying to sell and make good money fast dont sell from here they take half of what you make and are picky and dumb about your stuff and will not let you sell fast and quick i had a bape hoodie for a month now on that app and i put it for the lowest i can do it they still haven’t approved this app is useless and advise not to use

Horrible app, Horrible response time, horrible horrible horrible. Customer service is terrible and untimely, would never recommend to anyone

Doesn’t accept pictures of used shoes

Horrible company. They will steal your shoes and say the box was empty or it never arrived. On top of that they just implemented a new fee system, mainly affecting consignment and JFC it's horrible. Stick to eBay yall.
