Worst verification experience. Nothing wrong with the shoes I attempted to sell yet no evidence can be provided for the issues stated for rejecting the pair (not on one occasion but twice)! Others online have testified on the likes of Reddit and other spaces that they have had similar issues. Definitely will be using Stock X instead from this point on.

I tried to sell my off white belt on this app and woke up the next morning after selling to find that it was being sent back and I had been charged $10. I then emailed and they claimed it was a replica even tho I had bought it from an actually off white store!

Sold some sneakers on here, Alias lost my package and after a long process to a non responsive customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do lol

As soon as you ship your shoes through they cancel your order and can’t get them back

The app is great, works well and is a good platform for selling shoes and apparel. However the customer service is poor. There is only one way to contact them and that is through submitting a ticket which so far has taken 5 days. The only response I have got is an autogenerated message saying that they are having delays in responding due to high volume of tickets. They need to have more than one way to contact them or make the system way more efficient than it is. It’s not good enough.

Before this update alias /goat used to be my go to selling platform however since this new update it has ruined many things for example the introduction of this new regional and global sales is completely ruining the sellers side to selling . I always used to prefer selling in alias compared to stock x but recently the app is getting worse and worse. I’m planning on moving solely to selling on stock x as the account managers at goat never actually listen to any of the suggestions or complaints that I have as a seller. The seller experience on goat euse to be much better beofre all these useless unnecessary updates were brought into place. Pleases remove these useless updates and bring back the old way how this guy used to run. For now until this changes I will no longer be selling in this platform
