The customer support calls are absolutely there when u need them. Unfortunately the packages don’t add up for time. It can be discouraging when you see red and late. We need option to finish one more hour.

Won’t allow me to start to create an account

for some reason i can’t edit my account. i can’t change the region for availability. i can’t even just delete only me FLEX account to restart my account set up. apparently i have to delete my whole amazon account as a whole.

Your literally right in front of my house, I can walk to you guys if I wanted to and it only takes five minutes, that’s how close you guys are. How about you guys take me off the waiting list and accept me already I’m ready to work and I meet all the requirements stop playing with me!!!

This app glitch too much

It’s been very difficult to get a route. Sometimes you have to spend hours on the app just to get one route. Also recently the Forney station was late in giving packages, they were 45 minutes late. Which caused me to go over my block and I was not paid the overage. If Amazon is not going to pay for going when it is not the drivers error, then we should not be expected to deliver.

Absolutely terrible app. The bugs, the glitches, the lack of shortcut buttons. Millions of dollars on an app that still crashes when you just simply log in.
