Was good, now it’s crap
I get it. Amazon wants people to sign up for its amazon music unlimited service which costs money instead of just using amazon prime music. But the changes they’ve made have broken Amazon music. For example now I can no longer select songs. But if I play a playlist on shuffle (now the only option), for a while it plays ok. Then it just starts playing only one song, no matter how many times I exit the app or press shuffle. Even if I delete the song from the playlist, it still only plays that song. I tried circumventing this by going to play a specific artist instead and that worked for a little while. But now again…it only plays one song on repeat. Wtf. Amazon music is a lesson in how to break an app.

very low audio quality
thank god for vinyl and purchased .wav files! the streaming scene relies heavily on kids who have no idea what lossless audio can sound like. amazon is mashed sound potatoes for wireless earbuds in untrained ears.

Quality of sound is superb compared to many other streaming services.

Works well but the only feature I would want is that when you have a playlist and want to add new songs Amazon Music could suggest the songs.
