Cannot cancel my subscription.
The interface loads forever when I tap to ‘Manage Your Subscription’. I’m getting ripped off month by month, the support staff doesn’t respond to me.

I really like this streaming solution. 24/192kHz high resulution without MQA, that’s amazing. The only one funcion what i missed : Amazon Connect. Please that would be great to remote the player (Win10, OSX) from our phone! Thx, W

The App ui is outdated. Playlists is missing lot of artwork.
Irgendein Problem gibt es immer
Bei älteren Versionen stürzte die App immer wieder unerwartet ab. Mittlerweile ist das besser geworden, allerdings funktioniert die App nicht, wenn man nur wenig Speicherplatz hat. Ich musste schon die vierte App löschen, damit PrimeMusic wieder funktioniert. Ich bin kein Technikexperte, aber meiner Meinung nach könnte die App ruhig funktionieren, wenn man schon die App und die Musik heruntergeladen hat. Außerdem werden auch die sonst schon heruntergeladenen Songs über Internet gespielt, wenn man WLAN oder mobiles Netz an hat, weshalb es immer wieder zu Ladepausen kommt und Datenvolumen verbraucht wird. Es sollte wirklich lösbar sein, dass man heruntergeladen Songs auch im Onlinemodus unproblematisch und ohne Internetverbauch hören kann. Zwei Sterne aber, weil die App immerhin ein bisschen besser geworden ist seit den Updates
