Can’t update the game and now I can’t log in

it’s an amazing game and i have been playing it for years, but when they have added ads into the game, it has been extremely annoying. whenever you want to travel to a different land, you will get an unskippable ad, and you have to travel a lot.

Ok first of all I absolutely love this game but the issue is that somehow I got logged out of my account even though I had my password saved. I entered my password but it said these was some problem. I apparently had to wait, so, I did but it’s been probably 2 months and I still haven’t been logged in :(. I tried to enter my parents email but it said that it was not found in your records. It was definitely! I was there when we created my account! I’m really upset about this partly because I ✨love✨ it but also because it’s my only source of contact to one of my best friends who goes to a different school as me so I only see her sometimes on school holidays. Please please please 🙏🏼 fix it. Tysm if you can fix it!

Sooooo! I was at a school role play! And it doesn’t let me say ANY NAMES! Some such as: Zara, Frances, Sarah, Daisy, and much more- my user is Wedensday so pls fix this!

Hello! This game is very good! Very fun! I like how u can get saddles for ur pets to get on, and you can also get membership from sapphires and not just money! Just one thing. When I automatically got logged out of my account I tried to log in with correct password (yes I know it’s correct because I took a picture of my password) but it says my account got suspended and I’m very worried because I think I got hacked but I don’t know because I worked really hard to get membership and my dream items and I really don’t want to loose my progress or probably you banned me but I got warnings for no reason I just have normal conversations then it gives me a warning for scamming, bullying, private information, yes sometimes when I say something like “in my old acc I forget my password” and it has the word “password” I did not say my password or anything I just said that and got the warning so pls look into the whole sentence an then decide to give warning or not. But that might be why I got logged off? Maybe I got banned? I don’t know I’m just very worried please fix this, but apart from that this game is amazing! And people should definitely get this game and make it more popular!! Bye!

Hi animal jam 🦋 l played this game for a while but it got boring but jamaa should add a new area that can be a forest area also I’ve been playing as a fox 🦊 and I have a pair of wings I think non flying animals should fly with wings and please add a arctic fox And thank you 😊

Hi! This game is overall good, very good for kids and appropriate. But something has been happening lately when I was playing animal jam. Whenever I choose to re-roll an item the game crashes. Also when I watch an ad to get a prize, at the end of the ad it crashes. Please fix. Thank you for reading!! -me

Hey AJ, wanted to let you know that both my devices won’t let me play the game, it says that the session expired. When I put the passwords in, it still did not work. I even tried putting in new passwords, failed again. I don’t know if this is happening to other players but please fix this. I’m going to be VERY upset if I do not get that golden pet token. I’m doing the best I can to get in again, it’s not working right now. I will try to get in, but again, please fix this AJ. Thx!! -Note: I might try making a new acc entirely and see if that will work but I do not know. Anyways have a good day/night! ☀️🌙
