Animal Jam

So basically every time I try to log into my account (strawberrytorte) it comes up with a pop up saying error, having issues logging in and stuff. What actually is happening? Is AJPW down? I’ve researched on reddit and people also have complained with the same pop up. And apparently it just randomly happens without no explanation because like someone on reddit (I usually don’t use reddit and do not know how trust worthy it is) said that they’re kid's accounts are not working and have the same pop up I’ve been dealing with and they said it’s been happening for 2 days. None of their kids accounts are working but one which for some reason works. I do know ajpw is quite laggy from time to time and I have experienced some random lags (eg. one time I did a pack run and looked at the pack run leaderboard and when it started all the lists appeared on my screen and wouldn’t go away) so I honestly just think it’s really laggy. But you need more pop up's specifically explaining what is happening and more help guides for this, because on reddit I’ve seen so many people complain about this pop up message and many confused jammers and parents complain. Please solve this or give me a clarification on what is happening. I will get my dad to also help my troubleshoot (I’m only just 13!) and contact you via email. Please answer is it would help explain to many, many jammers on what's happening. Thanks! (P.S. Omg, this game is so good! I love the mini games five stars! And I love how you can design your own house but you have to earn money for it and stuff in it. This game helped my kids understand to save money! Thank you for this game. I played it my self and I live it!

I have been playing this game for years! I love it and I probably always will however I think that it has switched owners? I’m not sure if this is really what happened, but the game has changed a bit, in good and bad ways. I’ll start with the bad. First, the new animals and dens. There hasn’t been many new animals, only re-skins. I loved the 1000 sapphire sets with old animals, pets, dens and such, however I would pay 1000 sapphires for one original alone. I understand the re-skins are seen as giving these original characters a makeover, however me and many other jammers are not a big fan. The new dens have been more empty and less detailed. I found the old dens detailed and amazing, with many small things to discover. I find now that the dens are empty and to big, with not many rooms, different levels and special effects. I don’t mind because I have many of the old dens but I think that new jammers should have the same experience as the old ones. Also the prices of new animals has increased a lot. Considering many jammers don’t love the re-skins, I think the price should be brought back down to 150. Now the good! I love how new jammers don’t start with nothing. When they begin the have a fully-furnished den and a pet cat or dog of their choice. I also found that with the old owners, you would press somewhere on the map and it took you somewhere entirely different! This bug is entirely fixed and I’m incredibly happy with this, and there also was a bug where if too many people were online, someone would get kicked. I haven’t had this happen at all since the new owners and thats really great! Overall, a great game! But I really hope you think about the bad things I’ve listed!

Every single time I get to the day we’re the last prize is I never get that prize because the new daily reward month thing is up and I can never get the last prize. It’s really annoying so could u please fix this
