Well…you might not be able to help, but it will be nice if you at least try. My email connected to my account got deleted, and I can’t change the email, even worse, I can’t access my accounts, probably because my email got deleted. Now I’m terrified that my accounts will get deleted, since I can’t access them, and who knows how long I won’t be able to access them for. And the deleted email is connected to my aj parent thing aswell. Also, I’m too young to contact anyone I don’t know.
I love the game on I pad but the membership one month I not enough to get I full experience I have to pay per month to make it not worth the money to get membership’s, not including the seven days free trial.
It’s a cool game I just think that u should make that u can trade animals. But I love the fact that u can trade. Also I don’t like ads it stops my music that I’m listening too then I have go out of the app to turn back on. I understand that since the app is free they need to make money out of it but I think that should make a little bit easier to get them instead of paying money. Thank you for reading

U basically have to pay a 1 week free trial to have everything u wanna do and have. Honestly fix this or else I don’t recommend it, but otherwise, pretty nice!
Love the game!! But today I was playing animal jam and was going to someone’s den. It took awfully long to load and still wasn’t finished loading so I closed animal jam and opened it again. When I got back in aj said that I have to log in again, so I put in my password and it said “trouble logging into the game, please wait until we find a way to solve it” or something. I tried all the ways I know how to fix it but no luck and I’m still out of my account. Hope you can fix this ajhq! I’m counting on you because your game is awesome and I play almost everyday sines it’s so good <3 btw my username is summerunicorn11 :)
This game is so addicting but like SAPPHIRES they’re like so hard to get unless u pay with real money and like when u make an account they want ur parents email like WHYY but overall it’s perfect Btw this game slay 💅💅💅
This was my favourite game as a kid, I even had an AJ themed birthday cake for my birthday. I’m now in my last year of high-school, and I was so sad when I saw the game wasn’t here anymore. (Mostly because I spent lots of money on it lol.) I came back after awhile and it’s back, and I’m in my old account again. I’m so happy this game is back, it carries lots of nostalgia. Thank you so much.
Brilliant game with loads of different activity inside but I believe more options should be available to non-members…
