The game is one of the best so far, and I have been enjoying it for around 4 years.I have not gotten hacked yet and am doing pretty well.But there are a few flaws.Sapphires are so hard to earn, especially when the prices for everything are so high.I suggest you to either make things cheaper or make sapphires easier to earn.Also,the phantoms are great, but they are not really impacting AJ.Maybe start a revolution?Where phantoms attack AJ, and players have to use powers from hidden areas to defeat them.AJ could also be more fun if you could actually have better dens,with better features and properties.We could split into civilizations and too, and bond better.Each civilization has has a unique ability or power,maybe according to animals,like sky lands, for flying animals,grasslands for land animals and marinelands for the underwater creatures.Maybe you could also create quests to discover the secrets of the phantoms.

This is a good game, and its really fun. It makes sure you don't get bored with it. But why I rated it one star? SOMEBODY keeps fake reporting me and I cannot trade anymore. Probably a scammer or something. I don't get why they would block me cuz I am someone who gifts things to people and I always say hello. WHY??? Therefore, I'm probably quitting >:(
Plz fix this, and before you ban someone please check what actually happened there. I'm really sad to let this game go, but I am done with scammers. I am going to find another game which is self played, no online playing with other people.

So I’ve been a former animal jam player for 4 years, had the best stuff in it but its been hacked, yeah, i don’t really know how that happened, the account hasn’t been opened in months and the email ive used on it just doesnt work?
id really want this to be fixed because I spent 4 years literally creating it and then ir just shatters into pieces :(

This is the best game I ever played! But like sometimes why the game loads forever? Like FOREVER. Please fix that. Thxxxx
Used to be fun but not anymore
I have played this game for a really long time now, as a young kid I enjoyed playing games with my sister and friends on it and making buddies. But over the past years animal jam got introduced to scamming, all players in the game just wanted to be beta and rare, and if they didn’t get the things they wanted they would scam. This isn’t necessarily ajhq fault, but I encourage ajhq to find a way to stop this scamming. I got scammed many times and I would get mad at myself because in the end I would realize that trading that item was not fair. One time my sister grew older and stopped playing the game, she then gave me her blackout spike( a rare item) I was super happy, on the same day she gave it to me I got scammed and I cried all night every day until a month. I reported this player and also sent a email to ajhq but they just said we warned you about scamming and I’m sorry this happened to you.. they didn’t help that much. I was very obsessed with this game because I used to be one of those players who just wanted to have cool clothes to look beta and cool, and would trade all night long to get the item I wanted, but after I got scammed I stopped playing the game. Leaving this game was very hard for me because I was attached to it, it took a few months for me to finally forget about this game and move on. And honestly yes, pixels don’t matter, they aren’t going to get you a good life and a good future, they are just prizes in a game that are useless. So try to not get obsessed with trading items until you have the one you want. DONT PLAY IT ANYMORE, there are scams and people only care about being cool and beta.
