Hi Dear, First off all i love this app and it helps me alot so thank you 🙂👍🏻 One thing i want to tell about the app and actually it's my suggestion for to add this for app too, please give access on privacy mode on IOS app too . .. if i connect any system from my IOS device , so we should have the ability to off the remote system screen . - Please add privacy mode as we have in our desktop version. Thanks

Why keyboard is not showing when i open/access any remote address

Whenever I connect with another iPhone and minimize the app notification appears and says the connection will be disconnected after 10 secs.

Using AnyDesk to control PC from an IOS device is nothing less then the worst experience. First you can click only by tapping the exact point on screen. This makes working with small buttons and text impossible. The app should provide a distant mouse control like Team viewer where moving mouse would change screen focus and also allow to click tiny things. Secondly the keyboard option in iOS app doesn’t work. While trying to type something, weird things start to happen on windows. Overall the must needs a major overhaul before it becomes barely comparable to team viewer.

I work at a bank and have multiple customers each week who have been tricked and scammed with this app. I have read comments and yes, folks need to be more careful and in the end you are responsible for your actions. As someone who is tech savvy and lives with someone who works in IT security I understand this better than most. However, when you help people going through financial fraud every day you get a slightly different perspective. I do not have a great answer to this issue, but the developers need to take a look at how they can increase security and verification AND look at why this is the most commonly used remote access app by scammers. This application is simply too accessible, which I can see is a huge perk, but it is also a huge liability.

PC app keeps giving error that I have no internet connection even though internet works on everything else.
