No puedo ingresar desde un ordenador a mi teléfono IPhone (el mensaje que sale es el usuario rechazó la conexión) y en el teléfono IPhone no aparece el mensaje de conexión!

Tener cuidado, esta app la utilizan los ciberdelincuentes para robar tu identidad y clonar tus tarjetas haciéndose pasar por agentes del banco. Tener mucho cuidado. No la descargues si te dicen que te darán algún soporte técnico desde esta app.

Ponga todos los derives en una sola descarga para mejorar la apertura, de conexión entre usuarios. Entre menos nos compliques mejor será tu app atraves de un solo botón. Gracias Atte: nekkotaa

I work at a bank and have multiple customers each week who have been tricked and scammed with this app. I have read comments and yes, folks need to be more careful and in the end you are responsible for your actions. As someone who is tech savvy and lives with someone who works in IT security I understand this better than most. However, when you help people going through financial fraud every day you get a slightly different perspective. I do not have a great answer to this issue, but the developers need to take a look at how they can increase security and verification AND look at why this is the most commonly used remote access app by scammers. This application is simply too accessible, which I can see is a huge perk, but it is also a huge liability.
