Had for only a month but already feeling the benefit of Anylist. Everything in one place. A place for everything.
Not standards compliant
I want to love this app so bad. The descriptions on the site sound excellent, but I’m already blocked at the very first step because it seems to block the iOS standard password filling mechanism. Which is weird because it has a 1password logo right in the password field on the create account page, but clicking it opens a weird sharing pop up with strange app suggestions like Canva, Keep and Basecamp. Even the keyboard doesn’t give me access to my LastPass vault like it does for apps that don’t even natively support password managers, so this app is going out of its way to prevent my chosen password manager from being able to be used. I’m going to have to manually create an entry for this app, generate a password, then come back and paste it in. Because I’m so determined to like this app, I’ll come back and review it again if I get past this first hurdle and actually play with it as intended, which is why this is a 3-star not a 1-star, because I can’t give a 1-star for an app that I haven’t even been able to take for a spin yet
Needs a “delay purchase”
Good app overall with many great features. The fact that there is no way to “delay” an item is a frustration and negatively impacts the user experience. Lately we’re struggling with inadvertently ticking things off. Likely going back to Grocery Gadget.

I use this every time I go shopping, so convenient as it sorts food items into categories which saves me going back and forth in the supermarket. Also very easy to use! Highly recommend!!
Most used app by far!
AnyList is our most useful family app and more than happy to pay for the household subscription each year. Having our shopping list synced and all our most used recipes has been a game changer for us. Rock solid stable and so many useful features.

Not happy!
Straight to the point ‘I’m not happy with the fact that i have to purchase a subscription to enable me to share my shopping list with my partner’. We are the only two living in our household. Why pay that amount?? Why should we have to pay?? All apps like this one defeats the purpose of the fact that we can share our list/notes by syncing…ergo, we have to pay!
